The IFF OBA team, in cooperation with the representatives from Ministry of Water (MoW) and the Ministry of Finance and Planning (MOFP), carried out a project verification visit to the Kahama WSSA from 05.06.2022 to 08.06.2022. The visit was aimed at the verification of output targets

Aimed output target include(i) Procure, deliver and operate 2 Nr. new Sewerage Exhauster Trucks, (ii) Regular service and maintenance requirements for the 2 Nr. new Sewerage Exhauster Trucks, (iii) KUWASA served at least 450trips to customers with cesspit emptying services in their service area and (iv) A collection efficiency of at least 90% within the entire service area and to ensure a collection efficiency of at least 90 % for cesspit emptying services. Total of 726 trips to customers have been conducted.
