Extension of Distribution Network and Water Supply Improvement works in Singida Town”

The Singida Water Supply and Sanitation Authority completed IFF Project “Extension of Distribution Network and Water Supply Improvement works in Singida Town” The project was implemented in the areas of Somoku, Mnung’una, Somoku and Namfua. The utility achieved the following output targets;
•    About 4.039km of water supply distribution network was installed according to the standard.
•    Construction of storage tank and the NAMFUA borehole (SNG 103/2019) equipped and operational.
•    A total of 320 customer connections in the new project areas as of September 2022
•    An average collection efficiency of 91.93%, without arrears and over a period of six months was confirmed.
