The IFF - OBA enables Tanzanian UWSSAs to finance limited infrastructure investments with a fast impact on revenue generation with commercial loans from local banks.

By taking part to the IFF - OBA program, the Tanzanian UWSSAs will finance limited infrastructure investments with commercial loans from local banks and will be rewarded with incentives amounting up to 50% of the eligible investment costs upon achievement of pre-determined performance targets.
